Income, commitments, property prices, loan amounts — everything you type into a hutang.me calculator is processed by JavaScript running in your own browser. None of it is transmitted to a server, saved, or shared with anyone. Closing the tab discards it.

What the site does collect

There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no analytics scripts on the site today.

Like virtually every website, the hosting infrastructure (Amazon CloudFront) keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used only for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, used only to reply.

Cookies

hutang.me does not currently set cookies. If that changes — for example through analytics or advertising described below — this policy will be updated first and a notice shown where required.

Analytics and advertising (planned)

To understand which tools help people and to cover hosting costs, the site may in future add privacy-respecting analytics and/or advertising via Google AdSense. If AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, including ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. hutang.me does not sell, rent, or trade any visitor information. There is nothing to sell — the site is designed so that your financial data never reaches us in the first place.
